OWNERS:

Darnell Joseph is a Brooklyn Native with over 13 years of experience within operations and real estate. Shortly after graduating from Penn State University he began working with the MTA in their capital construction division. After a couple of years working for them he pivoted into real estate and has been there since. He is a property manager and  agent himself so he understands exactly what a real estate agent or developer is looking for when they are preparing for a new listing. Darnell has that niche experience where you can come to him for all your real estate needs and he will deliver results.

Daniella Castellanos moved to New York City right after graduating from West Virginia University. She began her career at Compass, a luxury real estate brokerage. This is where she learned what it takes to be a successful real estate agent and how every client and property is unique. After three years at Compass, Daniella pivoted to working for a real estate startup who was trying to fill the technical gap between tech and real estate. Daniella’s expertise lies within operations and creating an exceptional client experience.

Darnell started Dream Overture a couple of years before Daniella joined the team. Now they are focused on providing the best customer experience for their clients. Whether you are in the commercial, schools, or residential, let Dream Overture give you the extra spotlight you deserve. 

Both Darnell & Daniella are licensed real estate agents in New York. Darnell received a BS from Penn State University majoring in Security and Risk Analysis. Daniella received a BA from West VIrginia University majoring in Political Science.
